The Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities (FBCA) award Maldon Fields highest result following their inspection.

Mike Birkinshaw commented: “This new facility has achieved a result that they should be very proud of. It is very difficult to score so highly, and this is the first time a new facility has managed to gain full marks. I congratulate the team, and all involved in the design, build, and running of Maldon Fields.”

Richard Evans, Managing Director of Elegy Ltd who own and operate Maldon Fields Crematorium said, "We are very pleased to have had such a strong endorsement of our new service at this very early stage. It’s a great testament to the new team led by David and Marian and it’s their day to day dedication that makes me most proud. We know that there is more to do though especially with the landscaping and grounds which we will push on with when the better weather arrives. We are very grateful for the FBCA’s kind words in the meantime as it helps to show we’re on the right track."
